RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICIES
1. Rates
- The rates include breakfast and room service for two persons
- We charge a 10% service fee
2. Payments
- The reservations are confirmed after a 50% deposit of the total rate and the balance is paid at the check-out.
- For New Year and Carnival Package, the reservation balance must be paid at the check-in.
3. Refunds and Cancellations:
- Requests of cancelations must be sent by e-mail to: reservas@enseadadoespelho.com.br
- The cancellations chargers are explained below:
Low Season (after Carnival until December 18th)
- Cancellations requested 20 days or more prior to check-in have 10% penalty of the reservations total.
- Cancellations requested 19 days prior to check-in until the check-in date and no-show, don't have any devolution.
High Season (December 19th until the end of Carnival except New Year and Carnival Package).
- Cancellations requested 30 days or more prior to check-in have 10% penalty of the reservations total.
- Cancellations requested 29 days prior the check-in until the check-in date, don't has any devolution.
New Year and Carnival Packages
- There will be no refund of the deposit in case of cancellation, at any time.
- Full package are not affected in case of early check-out or late check-in.
